We aim to provide quality prints straight from our lab and into your hands. We understand that sometimes things don't turn out exactly the way we'd like, so we offer a few options for these situations. We currently do not offer refunds but in the event of an unfortunate situation, product replacement or a credit voucher is provided as an option on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged goods

Our products don't leave the lab unless each piece passes a quality check. So if your good has arrived damaged, please send through a photo referencing your order number and we will get in touch to resolve any issues.

Fit and Compatibility

Our products are uniquely designed for specific purposes and should only be used within its intended purpose. We don't offer returns or refunds for incompatibility due to varying manufacturing tolerances outside our control. Please check the product details, FAQs and specifications prior to purchase. Change of mind

Unfortunately as our products are made custom to order, we don't offer change of mind returns or refunds. Please review all product information prior to purchase and if there are questions, please reach out for further information.

Delivery

We partner with trusted providers for shipping and delivery. Whilst we do not cover for delivery errors, if there is rare chance your delivery was lost, please get in touch referencing your order number and we will aim to get the issue resolved.
